Thumbs up for the service. The server was attentive and friendly! The restaurant has a welcoming vibe. Now for the food, if you come for a typical ramen out there, (some chains have ruined with simplicity), don’t expect much here. I first felt odd trying this Spicy Miso Ramen because it had a little bit of sourness to the soup; but as a whole, once it brought altogether with the veggies and spicy broth and became a different taste and experience. Also, chashu was bomb! Soft but still some chewy texture. My 7-yr-old son who has experienced more than 20 different ramen shops, he will be back for more!

Extra spicy Miso Ramen! My absolute favorite Ramen in the OC! Have a few beers with it! Have a great evening. The spicy bamboo shoot are also the best ever! Still fantastic!

New location of Ramen Kitakata Ban Nai finally opened! This place is bigger than the Costa Mesa location and has plenty of parking. Service is fast. Food is okay, recommended the Spicy Miso Ramen. Staffs need to smile and be more friendly. Overall good.

I've loved this ramen chain ever since the Costa Mesa location opened up. The broth is light, the house-made noodles are perfect, and the chashu is tender and buttery. My goto dish from here is the Green Chili Shio Ramen with an added egg. This Fountain Valley location has the exact same quality, but is usually less busy than the Costa Mesa location. This makes the wait times way less here. The staff is always way friendly and attentive. All in all, this is my favorite spot ever.

They let you check in on yelp so check it out before you come. The service was fast and great. The portion is right for the price, if not more when compared to other ramen spots.

This place is awesome. We usually go to the Costa Mesa location but this location is much larger and has tons more parking. Food is the same as other location. We had no issues with service. Highly recommend Kitakata. One thing to add and its super random but it is fricken cold inside this joint so take something to cover up with
